Your Inspiration:
You’re a high-level leader of an organization. You have power and money. You’re driven, focused, and value results. You’re really bright and you have a quick mind. You have high integrity. You’re open to new ideas because the old ones haven’t worked; you’re open to out-of-the-box, collaborative solutions (though you don’t know what that would look like.) You’ve had some success already, but you haven’t achieved your dreams yet.
You’re deeply connected, open to a variety of systems, cultures, and spiritual paths. You’re spiritual but not religious. You carry a balance of masculine and feminine, and you’re open-minded willing to do deep personal reflection. You’re socially and emotionally wise, looking for personal counseling. You’re able to take feedback and willing to be coached. You want someone to hold a process for you in which you truly find yourself, and you’re impatient for this process to begin. You want to work with someone who can produce real results.
Your organization has over 10 people and annual revenues of over $5M, and it’s expanding. It is a change agent, intent on creating impact. This company is your passion and you have high aspirations for it. There’s a feeling of higher purpose, but it’s not well articulated or well branded. The company has a growth-oriented Millennial culture. You know it needs something outside the box to take it to the next level. You’ve read some self-help books and dabbled in growth work, meditation, and yoga, but you usually don’t stick with anything for very long. It feels great to be on purpose rather than always seeking what is next and “looking over your shoulder” and “looking to see who is carrying their own weight.” You feel relieved. Overall, it feels really exciting. You have better health, more money, and more harmony in your relationships. You feel better about yourself. You know who you really are. You are able to connect with your trusted source whenever you need or desire to.
What is more, not only are your finances better, you have more energy, you feel free and you are curious to discover what else is possible. It is your new joy. Things seem fun, playful and joyous (rather than demanding and pushy). Your team members are more attracted to “connect with me” rather than performance-focused. Money seems effortless. You feel a deep sense of intuition about what works and what does not work, both from a personal and professional point of view.
Every aspect of your life has moved to a more meaningful, higher level. The employees are not “lone wolves” anymore — they are a unified, effective results-producing team that works together to deploy and make the vision happen. It is not the “same old same old;” you are more invested and committed. All of the stakeholders are committed, too. There is an adventurous sense of re-birth and recreation energy at work.

You told you the truth. We showed you your past, present and potential futures and then showed you the path you were on and what it would create. We also gave you alternatives and let you choose the future that you wanted. You found the solution, but it wasn’t the one that you thought it would be.
In the past, you implemented many change management tools and most of them did not have much impact — now you know why. You aspire to lead at a higher level and to make lasting impact on the world. You take risks that you have always wanted to take, but were not quite ready to take. You see where you are currently — you see three times as many possible solutions as there are problems. You are free to see how much you really want. Now you are NOT in pain. Now you are NOT scared.
